Service Description

Empowered Flow Yoga Nurture easeful strength through functional movement, breath choice, and guided rest Do you feel like burnout is flickering your power away? Join Brittany Capozzi, C-IAYT, to tap into steadying your strength. This class offers plenty of pause points, gentle rhythmic core work, and quiet empowerment. During this slow and intentional flow, you’re encouraged to explore what it means to transition into postures at your own pace with your choice of breathwork. This space also allows you to sense into and around your body. You’ll learn about your movement and where there may be too much energy/tension on the way to cultivating ease, strength, and clarity. Bringing attention to using too much energy translates into other areas of our lives. When we’re aware of what doesn’t serve us, we can pivot toward what does by revisiting not only the tools practiced in class, but also the small or big “Aha” moments. Each class will close with a short yoga nidra meditation (“yogic sleep”) created by Brittany herself. These meditations utilize storytelling to show how qualities in nature can cultivate our own awareness and healing. Invite the flow of empowerment into your week. All bodies are welcome. Together we are building a curious, kind, creative, and nonjudgmental environment. All levels are welcome. Come as you are, leave feeling grounded, nourished, and held. If selecting multi-class options, please make sure to select dates you are planning to attend in the registration form.
