Glow from the inside out as you Join Katie Aissis from Sprouting Tree Yoga on Wednesday nights for a cozy, all levels Vinyasa slow flow by candlelight. Class will involve mindful meditation and breath-work, followed by a slow yoga sequence designed to melt stress and tension, and will conclude with an extended Savasana. What’s more? Enjoy a selection of complementary, organic herbal teas before or after class. $25 per class or buy a 4-Class Pack for $80. Limited mats available, so we encourage you to bring your own.
